For all special, personalized and monogrammed orders, have your customer measure twice, order carefully and always check the spelling of names to be monogrammed. If you prefer to call in your order, we will enter the order and fax it to you for your review and approval. Your returned fax confirmation to BMB® authorizes us to process your order. Regretfully, all products that are personalized, monogrammed or made in custom colors cannot be returned.
