RETURNS/DAMAGED
GOODS PROCEDURE
Prior to any returns please call and
obtain an RMA#. Should you need to return an item, please
contact BMB® Customer Service at 1-800-456-5778
for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
All
concerns must be reported within 30 days of receipt
of merchandise. Some returns are subject to a restocking
fee.
BMB® has strict quality control, including packing
and shipping procedures to minimize the chance of error.
To help us track and correct the error quickly please
follow these guidelines. Please call our Customer Service
Department at
1-800-456-5778 and provide the following;
Shortages/Damages:
• Customer account name and store code
• Order/Invoice number
• Product item number and quantity
• Authorized person calling
• Nature of the concern
Inspections:
• If your store is routinely called on by our
sales representatives, BMB® may require that the
representative review your concern in person prior to
any action taken. If a sales representative is not assigned
to your store, please call our Customer Service Department.
Returns:
• Products may only be returned with prior written
approval.
•You must request a Return Authorization Number
from Customer Service
• Products must be returned freight prepaid unless
otherwise authorized by BMB® Customer
Service
•All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
•Packing list must accompany returns.
